This opportunity is for a Product Data Coordinator on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will assist the department in creating a central repository of product information. You will assist in re-categorizing products and categorizing new products. Identifying the appropriate business owners of the Enterprise Product Hierarchy data elements and subsequently facilitating the content validation activities. Help to construct meaningful and necessary project documentation.
 
Duties:
·         Retrieve records or data and distributes information as appropriate to provide timely and accurate information to department members or external customers.
·         Update and maintain databases, system applications or file to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
·         Perform analysis of complex nature on information received, and researches or resolves issues following prescribed procedures.
·         Gather and summarize data from various sources to complete reports and special projects.
·         Maintain database systems, ensuring the integrity of the data within each system and resolves issues relating to the database information.
·         Assists with documenting and training the processes used in working with the various database systems.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc.), and PowerPoint.
