This opportunity is for a first shift General Clerk – Stock Checker on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will be under minimal supervision, perform clerical office duties such as document processing, report preparation, and data retrieval and filing; respond to technical or escalated issues and assist less experienced staff; analyze or interpret information of intermediate difficulty and draws upon knowledge of procedures and individual judgment in the performance of tasks; and research or resolve technical and complex problems within a field of expertise following prescribed procedures.
 
Duties:
·         Perform quality checks visually or with the use of gauges and/or measuring devices.
·         Stock checks, pre-alerts, and bulletins.
·         Inventory verification.
·         Customer Service related activities (incl. picking and processing order paperwork.
·         Assisting in the scheduling office.
·         Batching daily outbound orders.
·         Miscellaneous requests/verifying parts for the warehouse.
·         Repackaging parts due, managing non-saleable inventory.
·         Supporting inventory counts
·         Participate in safety training.
·         Accountable for safe work practices according to plant safety policies and procedures.
·         Perform semi-skilled production activities, such as equipment operation, clerical activities necessary to receive components and package and ship parts.
·         Keep counts, inventory status, records or reports on parts, components, and supplies either manually or through the host computer.
·         Operate material handling equipment and mechanical equipment including a lift truck to pick up, load, unload or move and/or sort parts.

Requirements:
·         Minimum high school education.
·         Outlook, word and excel experience.
·         Warehouse experience.
·         Work hours of first shift - 7:30am - 4pm PST.
