This opportunity is for a first shift EPDP Coordinator on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will coordinate and support the application of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) at the unit level for new product development and product upgrade programs.
 
Duties:
·         Facilitate the application of Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Phase Reviews for levels 1 - 6 and 5-star process at the unit level to ensure that project goals are met.
·         Assist Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) teams, providing administrative support, compiling information, analyzing reports, making summaries and preparing material to be used in presentations.
·         Contact other units to obtain data and assist team members with data gathering and research for Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation.
·         Maintain unit Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation, tracks cost reduction projects and prepares summary reports to ensure project objectives are met.
·         Develop and maintain complex websites for the unit. Responsible for site security administration and structure of required program documentation on the server.
·         Provide continuing education and training on Enterprise Product Delivery Process EPDP) tools to users of engineering processes and systems through formal classroom settings and one-on-one coaching.
·         Assist in the understanding and application of established engineering policies and procedures.
·         Adapt process changes to unique unit requirements.
·         Schedule and facilitate meetings related to the program.

Requirements:
·         Able to coordinate the adoption of new parts through the ECM (Engineering Change Management) process by generating reports from databases.
·         Generate and maintain new product program reports using Excel, SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint.
·         Proficient in communication reports via Outlook, emails, SharePoint, meetings.
·         Maintain master schedules.
·         Schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings both on and off site.
·         Expert in SharePoint site development and maintenance.
·         Demonstrated advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-look up, formulas, sorting)
·         Work hours of 1st shift M-F 7:30-4:00.
 
Preferred Skills:
·         Ability to navigate and update schedules in Microsoft Project.
·         Ability to speak Czech would be useful.
